Shift Options

• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Choose between 48 or 72 hours per pay period

• Flexible, self-scheduling available

✨ Program Highlights

• Work in one unit for the duration of the contract – no floating or being pulled to other units

• Exposure to 40+ units across Medical, Surgical, Step-Down, Progressive, and Transitional Care

• No holiday requirement for Christmas, New Year’s Day, or MLK Day

• Weekend requirement: 24 hours every 4 weeks (typically 2 shifts/month)

What to Expect

Requirements

• 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience in an acute care setting required

• BLS certification required

• BSN preferred; candidates with an ADN must commit to obtaining a BSN within 3 years of hire

$52.00 hourly

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
