Leading interventional pain management provider with over 40 centers across the Southeast. We are dedicated to providing minimally invasive, procedural-based treatments that restore function and minimize opioid use for our patients. Our collaborative, patient-centered approach creates a low-stress, outpatient environment designed for a healthy work-life balance.

The Role

We are seeking collaborative and personable Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, outpatient-only setting where you will be responsible for administering MAC anesthesia for a variety of minimally invasive procedures. This is a new growth role, ideal for a new graduate or an experienced CRNA seeking a less demanding schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure anesthesia monitoring and care.
  • Administer MAC anesthesia for minimally invasive pain management procedures only (no general anesthesia).
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care.
  • Work independently in a clinic-based, outpatient environment.
  • Rotate between multiple Georgia clinic locations, with a focus on one location per day.
  • Complete paper charting for each case.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Georgia CRNA license (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Board certification from the NBCRNA.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • A collaborative and patient-centered mindset.
  • Flexibility and willingness to rotate among ASC sites.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in pain management, outpatient, or ASC settings is a plus, but new graduates are welcome and will receive training.
  • A track record of collaborating effectively with physicians and clinical staff.

Why Join Us?

  • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm schedule with no nights, weekends, or call.
  • Generous Compensation: We offer a competitive salary for W2 employees or a strong hourly rate for 1099/PRN staff.
  • Robust Benefits (W2): Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and fully covered malpractice insurance.
  • Supportive Environment: Work in a non-stressful outpatient setting with downtime between cases.
  • Career Growth: New graduates are welcome, and there are opportunities for 1099 providers to transition to a full-time W2 role.
  • Meaningful Work: Be part of a mission-driven organization focused on reducing opioid reliance and improving patients' quality of life.
