Job Title: RN PCU

Location:Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87106

Contract duration: 13 weeks

Shift:12X3-hours

Schedule: Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document in compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to coordinate safe and effective care.
• Identify patient/family learning and discharge needs and provide education accordingly.
• Supervise LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel.
• Ensure patient care is safe, effective, efficient, timely, and equitable.

Requirements:

• RN License
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• EMR : EPIC
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an 18+ bed telemetry/progressive care unit.
• Previous experience completing at least one 13-week travel assignment.
• Strong adaptability and teamwork skills; able to function in a fast-paced environment.
