Staffing

• Total Staff: 50 RNs / 25 Medics
• Day Shift: 1 Charge RN, 5 RNs, 2–3 Medics; additional 4–5 RNs at 11 AM; 1–2 more RNs at 3 PM
• Night Shift: 1 Charge RN, 5 RNs, 2–3 Medics Patient Ratios: 4–6:1 EMR System: Meditech Floating Areas: None Dress Code: Navy blue or white scrubs
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–3 completed travel assignments
• 2–3 years of Emergency Room experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
• TNCC (Preferred: ENPC, NRP, NIH Stroke Certification)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-acuity, fast-paced ERs
• Comfortable with patient ratios of 5:1
  
  

Typical Procedures Performed

• Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI)
• Sepsis interventions
• Stroke protocol with tPA administration
• Central line placement
• Psychiatric patient care
• EMTALA transfers to other facilities
