Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - All Shift (Day, Evening, Night)

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract - Day Shift 06:00am-06:30pm & Night Shift 06:30pm-06:00am

Compensation

Salary Range: $31.85-$45.00 Per Hr

LPN Job Description

• Immediate need for experienced nursing professionals in a large facility.
• Provide care for both long-term and short-term patients.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of medical records.
• Facilitate effective communication across departments.
• Maintain a safe and appropriate environment for patients.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care for various individuals.
• Provide direct care to patients and residents as necessary.
• Ensure medical records are accurate and complete.
• Initiate and maintain effective interdepartmental communication.

LPN Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Valid NYS Professional Licensed Practical Nurse License.
• Minimum of 6 months nursing home experience.
• Familiarity with NYS DOH and Joint Commission standards.
• Knowledge of MDS and PRI processes preferred.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent documentation skills and computer proficiency.
