Direct Hire Licensed Practical Nurse Role $31-$38.80 per hour in Lakewood, Colorado

Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a respected healthcare organization serving the Lakewood, Colorado community.

This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE opportunity with excellent benefits and competitive pay.

Responsibilities Of The LPN

• Provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients in their homes.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families on medications, treatment instructions, and care plans.
• Document clinical notes, treatments, and progress in the EMR system.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to physicians or RNs.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient-centered outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications Of The LPN

• Active Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current First Aid and BLS certifications (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Geriatric experience required; 3+ years in a clinic or long-term care setting preferred.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits For The LPN

• Pay range: $31.00–$38.80/hr (based on experience).
• Full-time schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
