RN Case Manager

StartDate: 10/13/2025 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00

POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES – Responsible for the care coordination and discharge planning of patients

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – ME/compact RN license; BLS; 2 years acute hospital case management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Knowledge Of Utilization Review

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 15 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 7:30AM-4:00PM

START DATE – ASAP
