Clinical Magnet (part of ICON Medical) is hiring an experienced House Supervisor/Patient Flow Specialist Registered Nurse (RN) in Great Falls, Montana.

This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE opportunity offering $83,000–$95,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Overview

The House Supervisor/Patient Flow Specialist provides direction and guidance for hospital staff in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, problem-solving, utilization and assignment of nursing resources, and response to patient and family concerns. This role organizes workflow, ensures staff understand their duties or delegated tasks, monitors productivity, and provides constructive feedback and coaching. The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for supervision and administrative decision-making in collaboration with clinical leaders and the Chief Nursing Officer, working closely with charge nurses and all clinical and non-clinical support staff.

Education & Experience

  • Degree from a Nursing Program
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an RN in a hospital setting; recent ICU experience preferred
  • Experience in patient flow, resource nursing, and nurse leadership
  • Experience caring for patients from infancy to geriatrics
  • Proficiency with multiple IV pumps and advanced medical equipment, including A-lines, invasive lines, chest tubes, and ventilator support

Licenses/Certifications

  • Current Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • CPR required
  • ACLS and PALS required or obtained within 6 months of employment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Strong background in cardiac monitoring, post-operative, and medical patient care
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Customer service-oriented, flexible, and able to think critically and independently
  • Ability to initiate and develop special projects and handle a busy workload

Compensation & Benefits

  • $83,000–$95,000 annually (based on experience)
