Title: Registered Nurse RN - Home Health

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Location: Pratt, Kansas

Setting: Home Health

Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift: 8am - 2:30pm. Rotating on-call, weekends and holidays

Pay: Starting at $30/hour and increases with experience

Benefits: Full benefits package included, up to $10K sign-on bonus!

The Home Health RN responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Provide care for the elderly, convalescent, or disabled patients and children in private homes and assisted living facilities
• Explain procedures and treatments and plan of care to patient to gain cooperation, understanding, and allay apprehension
• Teach patient and/or caregiver(s) R/T medications, diagnosis, treatment and other needed subjects based on patient/caregiver need
  
  

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current clean and active RN license to practice in Kansas
• Previous home health experience is preferred but not required
