Maimonides is currently seeking a Nurse Clinician (NYSNA) for its Neonatal ICU division to coordinate research programs for the department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The Nurse Clinician will also coordinate in-service education and orientation for department members and nursing staff caring for participants in research projects, and act as patient educator and advocate.

We require:

• 5+ years of NICU RN experience.
• NRP Certification.
• BSN/MSN preferred.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize daily unit activities.
• Strong understanding of patient care unit operations.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary patient care team.

Salary: $133,470 - $159,970/yr
