We are now seeking a full time LPN Supervisor at The Village at Mill Landing.  We have Day shifts: Sunday/Monday/Tuesday 7am - 5pm or Evening shifts:  3p - 11p, or Overnight shifts 11p - 7a.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support overnight staff with supervision, training, and encouragement
• Be a go-to health resource for residents, families, and team members
• Assist staff on the floor and provide resident triage as needed
• Oversee direct resident care and medication administration
• Communicate effectively with staff, leadership, physicians, families, and vendors

What You’ll Bring:

• A current LPN license in good standing
• Knowledge of geriatric care, dementia support, and state regulations
• A collaborative, compassionate leadership style
