Position Description
HIRING NOW: LPN – Long Term Care | HONOKAA, HAWAII
Facility: Hale Ho'ola Hamakua
Location: 45-547 Plumeria St, Honokaa, HI 96727
Job Title: HHH – LPN – Long Term Care
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $55/hr | OT: $65/hr
⏰ Overtime: After 40 hours/week
License Requirement: Must hold an active Hawaii LPN License by the start date
Shift Info:
Rotating 8-hour shifts:
• Days – 0730–1530
• Evenings – 1500–2330
• Nights – 2300–0730
Includes weekends, holidays, and OT rotations as needed.
No shift preference or guaranteed hours.
