Hospice Registered Nurse - Hybrid

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to fill a permanent opening with a well respected healthcare provider in Iowa - covering Cedar County, Johnson County, Louisa County, Lynn County, Muscatine County, and Iowa County.

Pay: $40/hour ($83,200/year)

Daily Responsibilities For Hospice Registered Nurse

• Admissions, Triage, and Patient Visits Provide compassionate nursing care and complete evening admissions for hospice patients in homes or facilities
• Collaborate with the care team and document patient status and care plans accurately and timely
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, No weekends!
  
  

Required Qualifications For Hospice Registered Nurse

• RN License in Iowa
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN
• Must have prior experience in hospice, palliative care, ICU, Med-Surg, ER, and/or LTC
