Now Hiring: Home Health RN – Vermont

Location: St. Johnsbury, VT

Facility: Northern Counties Health Care, Inc.

Duration: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Day shifts, M-F with possible weekends

Pay Rate: $75/hr | OT: $85/hr

Guaranteed Hours: 36/week

Weekly Gross: $2700

• $1620/week per diem (stipend)

• $1080/week W2 (taxable)

Job Description:

We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team in St. Johnsbury, VT. Ideal for independent, compassionate professionals with a strong community nursing background.

✅ Requirements:

Current Vermont RN License (Required)
BSN Preferred
1+ year of clinical nursing experience (home health/community health preferred)
Valid Driver’s License + Reliable Transportation
Proficient with electronic health records
Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Able to work both independently and collaboratively
