Acute Care Rehab RN | Night Shift

Travel Assignment | 3x12s

Join a specialized inpatient rehab team providing care for patients recovering from neurological and surgical events. This is a night shift travel RN opportunity for experienced nurses with a background in acute rehab and complex patient care.

Schedule

• Shift: 3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekends: Every 3rd weekend
• Holidays: As needed
• Float: Required

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in acute care rehab (no first-time travelers)
• Certifications: BLS
• Systems: EPIC

Skills

• Lab result interpretation, medication reconciliation
• Patient history, allergies, vital signs
• Dressing changes, sterile tray setup
• Specimen collection: capillary, throat, urine (UA clean catch), phlebotomy
• Telephone triage, pharmacy calls, refill requests

Patient Population

• CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injuries, neurological diagnoses, generalized debility
• Post-stroke, aneurysm, post-op surgical rehab
• Patient Ratios: 1:6
