Cardiac Cath Lab RN | Day Shift

Virginia | Travel Assignment

Join a high-performing, team-oriented Cath Lab unit at a leading facility in Virginia. This is a day shift travel opportunity with a focus on high acuity cardiac care and advanced procedures.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts (07:00–17:30), alternating Monday–Friday
• On-Call: Required for weekends and holidays
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend
• Float Requirement: Yes—medical assignments and ED (for medical holds)
• Block Scheduling: At manager’s discretion
• Locals Accepted: Yes
• RTO: Must be approved by manager

Requirements

• Active VA or Compact RN License
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 1 year cardiac or critical care experience
• Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab and/or IR preferred
• First-time travelers welcome

Unit Highlights

• High-volume, high-acuity Cath Lab with STEMI call
• 3 newly renovated labs, handling 12–18 cases/day
• Procedures include: TAVRs, Watchman, Cardiomems, Carotids, Impella, CTO, TEVARS/EVARS, STEMI
• Equipment: Philips rooms, Medrad & manifold for injections
• Documentation: XPER & Epic
• Scrubs provided
