Title: LPN/LVN Clinic

Location: Mount Kisco, New York, 10549

Duration: 20 weeks

Schedule: Days, 5x8 hours

Shift: Days

Weekly Gross: $1,300 - $1,440

Hourly Blended Pay Rate: $34 - $36

Must-Have Qualifications/Experience:

Active LPN license in the state of New York.

Experience in a clinical office setting, particularly with patient-facing responsibilities.

Comfortable handling patient calls and triaging clinical issues.

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Travel required, Every Tuesday , Thornwood Location… 12 Marble Ave, Thornwood, NY 10594.

Top Responsibilities (Daily Tasks):

Collaborate closely with the Neurology provider to support patient care.

Communicate directly with patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and empathy.

Manage incoming calls on the triage line and assess patient needs appropriately.

Coordinate prescription requests, send them to the provider for approval and ensure timely follow-up.

Assist in preparing charts, reviewing medical histories, and supporting patient flow within the clinic.
