We’re hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis care team in Springfield. Our Registered Nurses provide high-quality care to patients living with end stage renal disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life for every patient. This role is all about the relationships and trust you’ll build with patients and their families while delivering safe, effective dialysis treatments.

We’re hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dialysis care team in Springfield. Our Registered Nurses provide high-quality care to patients living with end stage renal disease (ESRD). Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life for every patient. This role is all about the relationships and trust you’ll build with patients and their families while delivering safe, effective dialysis treatments.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, high-quality dialysis treatments in accordance with all clinical guidelines
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after treatment; escalate concerns promptly
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage emergencies as needed
- Educate patients and families about ESRD, dialysis treatment, and home care support
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update and individualize care plans
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred (three-year nursing diploma accepted)
- Work experience as a professional nurse preferred
- Hemodialysis experience preferred but not required
- Previous ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred but not required
- Current BLS and CPR certifications
- Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
- Strong communication skills; able to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
- Ability to read and interpret safety protocols, operating procedures, and clinical documentation
