RN Home Health - Aiken, SC- Local or Traveler

FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per weekOn-call info: 5-7 days a month on rotation with the rest of the staff (includes weekends)

Travel Area: Aiken, Edgefield, Barnwell Counties

Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours

Productivity Units: 30 units

Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required; experience with central lines, trachs, feeding tubes, wounds, ostomy, etc.

Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required

OASIS Experience - Required

Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required

CHPN Certification - Preferred

Proof of current CPR certification - Required

Current driver's license - Required

Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required

1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required

2+ years Home health experience - Required.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required

Bachelors Of Science In Nursing - Preferred
