Dialysis Registered Nurse / RN – Float Pool (Springfield, MA Area)

Our Registered Nurses provide high quality care to patients suffering from the most advanced stage of chronic kidney disease, known as end stage renal disease (ESRD). As a Float RN, you'll have the chance to work in different dialysis facilities in Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Agawam, and Ludlow, MA.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred (a three-year nursing diploma is also accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of RN dialysis experience
• Previous ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg nursing experience is preferred
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

Salary Range

• $39.83 - $49.72 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
