Join an RN-only, fast-paced surgical team recently expanded with outpatient surgery, creating exciting opportunities for growth. Pay & Incentives

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
• $27.72 – $39.60 an hour depending on experience

Qualifications

• Florida RN license (or compact, with active FL license within 90 days)
• Preferred: 1 year ER, ICU, IMCU, or Critical Care experience
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor patients post-anesthesia, ensuring airway, vitals, pain management, and safe recovery
• Respond to complications, provide wound care, document care, and educate patients/families in coordination with surgical teams
