As a Critical Care RN, you will:

• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Partner with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, individualized care.
• Uphold clinical practice standards, nursing ethics, and organizational policies.
• Support team collaboration through effective communication, shared governance, and mentorship.
• Participate in performance improvement, evidence-based practice, and professional development.
• Proactively manage resources and support best practice outcomes across the continuum of care.

• Education:
  • Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required)
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licenses/Certifications (required at hire):
  • Current Georgia RN license (single-state or multi-state compact)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience in an acute care setting (critical care preferred)
