UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatrics OR - Operating Room for a nursing job in MADISON, Wisconsin.

100% FTE, Monday-Friday, day/night shift between the hours of 7:00am – 11:00pm with weeknight, weekend and holiday in-house and on-call expectations. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at the American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN), Care Team Leader to:

Education:

Minimum – Baccalaureate degree in nursing or ADN and achievement of BS in nursing within five years of hire.

Preferred – Baccalaureate degree in nursing

Work Experience:

Minimum – Two (2) years of experience in Surgical Services setting

Preferred – Three (3) years of experience in Surgical Services setting

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum – Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations. Basic Life Support/CPR and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Preferred – National certification in relevant specialty
