Job Title: Registered Nurse – 3N Neurology
Location: Augusta, GA 30912
Shift: Full-Time, Night Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our 3N Neurology Unit on the night shift. As an RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients on the Neurology unit in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge care.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff.

• Current Georgia RN license (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Neurology or acute care experience preferred).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
