Hourly Rate: 

$46-$62.50/hr for RN, evening differential +3/hr

Shifts: 

(1) Evenings | 2pm-10:30pm | Rotating (5 days on, 2 days off)

              (1) Day | 6am-2:30pm 

Must Haves

• WA State RN License
• BLS Certification 

Plusses

• Prior experience working in an Assisted Living, Long Term Care, or Skilled Nursing environment
• Wound Care experience

Day-to-Day

• Administer medications (oral, IV, injections) and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and assess residents for changes in condition.
• Manage chronic illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, and dementia.
• Wound care and dressing changes.
• Coordinate care plans tailored to each resident’s needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing notes and medical records.
• Report changes in residents’ conditions to physicians and families.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
