Columbia | Bennettsville | Turbeville | Bishopville, SC

Full-Time | 3x12s | Day & Night Shifts | 1-Year Contract + Extension Potential

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for consistent hours, strong weekly pay, and a long-term contract without the stress of constantly finding your next assignment?

InSync Consulting is urgently hiring RNs for correctional facilities in South Carolina. This is an ideal opportunity for clinicians who want job stability, a reliable paycheck, and the chance to make a meaningful impact — no prior correctional experience required.

Position Overview:

  • Shifts: 3x12s (36 hrs/week) with rotating weekends
  • Shift Options: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM OR 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Start Date: ASAP – within 3 weeks
  • Contract Length: 1 year with likely extension
  • Locations:
  • Columbia, SC
  • Turbeville, SC
  • Bishopville, SC
  • Bennettsville, SC

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly: $45.46
  • Weekly: $1,636.56 (paid every Friday!)
  • Annual Equivalent: $85K+
  • Benefits:
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k)

Qualifications:

  • Active RN License (South Carolina or Compact state)
  • BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

No correctional experience? No problem.
