Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team. The RN will provide direct patient care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centered care. New graduate RNs are welcome to apply—we offer training and support to help you succeed in your nursing career.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members (physicians, therapists, CNAs, social workers, etc.) to support resident care.
• Educate residents and families on care plans, health maintenance, and medications.
• Supervise and guide CNAs and LVNs to ensure proper care delivery.
• Uphold infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in WV.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication, leadership, and assessment skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
