Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cath Lab Nurse located in Frisco, TX. The Cath Lab Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the cardiac catheterization lab, monitoring patients during procedures, administering medication, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Cath Lab Nurse will also educate patients and their families on procedures and post-care instructions, maintain accurate patient records, and adhere to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in cardiac catheterization lab procedures, patient monitoring, and medication administration
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, electrophysiology, and hemodynamics
• Excellent communication skills for educating patients and collaborating with the healthcare team
• Ability to follow hospital policies and regulatory standards, maintaining accurate patient records
• BLS and ACLS certification
• RN license in the state of Texas required
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Previous experience in interventional cardiology or critical care nursing is a plus
