What You Will Bring

  • Nursing Leadership: A current, unencumbered Oregon RN license and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Experience in behavioral healthcare with a strong understanding of trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing.
  • Clinical Expertise: Skilled in evaluating and monitoring medically complex patients, documenting in EMRs, coordinating with prescribing providers, and responding to crises with clinical confidence.
  • Collaboration & Communication: An ability to lead through clear communication, compassionate care, and a strong team ethic while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and electronic health records, with a focus on collaborative documentation and clinical efficiency.
  • Certifications: Oregon or Washington driver’s license and CPI certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • Physical Ability: Capability to safely operate a motor vehicle to support program operations and continuity of care.
