What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the OR, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality outcomes
• Manage, mentor, and develop nursing and surgical tech staff
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and other clinical leaders to optimize workflow
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and infection prevention standards
• Participate in budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation

What We’re Looking For

• Current RN license (Oregon or eligible for reciprocity)
• 3+ years of perioperative nursing experience; leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster a positive and productive team culture
