This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Registered Nurse located in Marin County, CA. The Home Health Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, and educating patients and their families about care management. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and support for patients.

• Valid Registered Nursing (RN) license in the state of California
• Experience in home health care, patient assessment, and care plan development
• Proficiency in administering medications and treatments
• Strong skills in patient education and family communication
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
• Flexibility to work in varying home environments
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
