A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing services within a K-12 school setting in Canton, GA. This role involves delivering comprehensive school nursing care, supporting the health and wellbeing of students, and collaborating with faculty and staff to maintain a safe and healthy educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine health assessments and screenings of students in compliance with school policies.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to protocols.
• Manage acute and chronic health issues during school hours, including emergency care when necessary.
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives among students and staff.
• Maintain accurate health records and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
