Operating Room Nurse Manager – Ambulatory Surgery Centers

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Manager to oversee daily surgical operations across two ENT-focused ambulatory surgery centers in the Atlanta area.

This is a no-call, no weekend position ideal for a proactive leader with a hands-on approach and experience managing perioperative teams.

The schedule includes a remote day or onsite day on Wednesdays – Which YOU pick!

About the Role:

• Oversee operations across 2 Surgery Centers with 2 OR suites each
• Manage a team of 10+ FTEs (RNs, Surgical Techs, and Admin staff)
• Supervise and support OR, Pre-op, and PACU teams
• Helpful but not required to circulate and support clinical areas when needed
• Work collaboratively with the VP of Operations

• Septoplasty
• Turbinate reduction
• Rhinoplasty
• Balloon sinuplasty

Throat & Neck Procedures

• Tonsillectomy
• Adenoidectomy
• Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty (UPPP)
• Thyroidectomy
• Parathyroidectomy
• Tracheostomy
• Laryngoscopy
• Pharyngoscopy

Pediatric-Specific ENT Surgeries

• PE tubes
• Tonsillectomy
• Adenoidectomy
• Frenulectomy
• Congenital neck mass excision
