Schedule: Full-time | 3x12-hour shifts (Days: 7 AM – 7 PM | Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM)

Compensation: $42–$65 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care in acute behavioral health and detox environments
• Assess patients, identify treatment needs, and implement individualized care plans
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective treatment
• Document patient status, interventions, and progress in compliance with best practices
• Encourage patients to engage with recovery resources and long-term wellness pathways

Who We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in Arizona (or compact state eligibility)
• Ability to work fixed 12-hour shifts (day or night, no rotation required)
• Strong interest in behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or crisis stabilization
• Open to both experienced nurses and recent graduates eager to learn

Compensation & Shift Differentials

• Base rate: $42–$65/hour, depending on experience
• Evening/Night differential: 10%
• Weekend day differential: 15%
• Weekend night differential: 30%
