Shift: 19:00 - 07:30 | 3x12s

Unit Overview:

~225 births/month | 21-bed L&D unit

Patient Ratio:

L&D: 1:1–3 depending on acuity and labor phase

Women’s Health: 1:3–6 depending on acuity

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required

AWHONN Intermediate required

NCC C-EFM preferred

Must be able to circulate and recover C-sections

Strong skills in external fetal monitoring and labor management

Experience with EPIC and CPN charting systems

Ability to float to high-risk antepartum/postpartum units, and occasionally assess/monitor OB patients in ICU/ED/tele units

Travelers will not be primary RN for high-acuity cases but will perform OB assessments and fetal monitoring as needed

Certifications Required:

• BLS (AHA)
• NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate (or Advanced)
• ACLS
• Stroke CEUs
• FHM* preferred
