We’re seeking a highly motivated Operating Room RN to join our outstanding surgical services team as a Charge RN.

With just one opening available, this is a rare opportunity to work in a leadership capacity and doing the following:

• Precepting new RNs to the Operating Rooms
• Scheduling
• Staffing
• Playing a role with training and mentoring
• Getting on the management track and growing into senior manager positions

More About Our OR:

• Circulate a wide range of surgical cases, including ENT, GEN, GYN, Ortho, Eyes, Urology, Robotics, Podiatry, and Dental
• Work cases you enjoy and gain experience in ones you want to learn
• Collaborate with top-tier surgeons, APPs, RNs and surgical techs in a fast-paced, team-focused OR

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Georgia
• Minimum 2 year of OR experience preferred
• Charge RN experience ideal
• A team player with strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
