Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to join their high-performing Birthing Center team. This center offers a dynamic and supportive environment for nurses passionate about maternal and newborn care. This is a travel nursing opportunity ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, patient-centered settings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
• Monitor maternal and fetal health, including fetal monitoring and IV therapy
• Assist physicians during vaginal and cesarean deliveries
• Educate and support families through childbirth and breastfeeding
• Maintain patient safety and comfort in our state-of-the-art birthing suites

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience
• Active Illinois RN
• Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP
• Travel nursing experience preferred
