Pay Range: $51.36 – $80.00/hr

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 + Relocation Assistance (depending on location)

Requirements to Apply

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active Oregon RN license (WA license also accepted in certain locations)
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA)
• PALS certification (AHA within 90 days of hire)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (ED or urgent care experience preferred)

Job Overview

We’re hiring compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department teams across Oregon, with opportunities in Medford, Portland, and Milwaukie. Multiple shifts and FTE options are available, from part-time evenings to full-time nights.

As an Emergency RN, you will provide high-quality care to patients of all ages and acuity levels in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Responsibilities include:

• Rapid triage, assessment, and evidence-based interventions
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care
• Advocacy and support for patients and families during crisis situations
• Accurate documentation and compliance with standards of care
