Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week) – Nights available

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and support patients during labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist physicians with procedures, including C-sections.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years L&D experience
• At least 1 year of travel RN experience preferred
• Current RN license (California preferred or compact state)
• Must have NRP, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS and current CA RN
• Must be willing to float to OR to assist in deliveries as needed

Pay Package

• Taxable hourly: $36/hr
• Weekly taxable (36 hrs): $1,296
• Housing stipend: $1,337/week
• Meals & Incidentals stipend: $643/week
• Total weekly gross pay: $3,276/week

Overtime Pay (California rules apply)

• OT after 8 hrs/day & 40 hrs/week: $54/hr
• Double-time after 12 hrs/day: $72/hr
• Example – 48 hrs/week:
• Regular taxable: $1,296
• OT taxable: $648
• Stipends: $1,980 (fixed)
• Total weekly gross pay: $3,924/week
