Role Description

This is a full-time clinic-setting role for a LPN/LVN with experience in Wound Care. The role involves providing wound care treatment, patient care, and support in a skilled clinical setting. The LPN/LVN will be responsible for assessing, planning, administering, and evaluating wound care treatment. Day-to-day tasks include dressing changes, wound assessment, patient education, and monitoring healing progress. The LPN will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.

Qualifications and/or Required Experience

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license
• Experience in Nursing and Wound Care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Clinical support
• Customer service
• Skin subs-identification
• Skin sweeps
• Coordination of providers and buildings for G-tubes
• Able to travel between local clinics (as needed) - Milage Reimbursement provided
• Ultramist identification
