As a Clinical Nurse Informaticist, you’ll help bridge the gap between clinical practice and information systems to improve outcomes, streamline workflows, and empower care teams with actionable data.

What You'll Do:

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading clinical transformation initiatives by leveraging information technology to optimize workflows and improve patient care. Working closely with clinical leadership, quality improvement, and medical education teams, you will:

• Identify opportunities to enhance clinical processes through data and informatics
• Participate in the design and development of dashboards and reports for performance improvement
• Act as a change agent during the implementation of new EHR features or enhancements
• Translate workflow decisions into impactful education and training materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track disease-specific outcomes and population health indicators
• Support accreditation and quality initiatives by documenting outcomes and sharing findings
• Champion the value of informatics across departments and care teams

✅ What You Bring:

• A clinical degree (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medicine) or a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Clinical or Healthcare Informatics
• At least 3 years of experience in a direct patient care setting utilizing clinical systems
• 3+ years of experience in analyzing workflows, clinical transformation, and change management
• Strong foundation in clinical informatics, quality improvement, project management, and data analytics
• Experience with electronic health records; experience with AthenaOne is a plus
• A collaborative spirit, a love for learning, and a drive to improve patient outcomes
• Ability to use multi-factor authentication on a smart device for secure system access
