Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery

Job Overview

Virtua Voorhees is a Level III high-risk maternity facility seeking experienced Labor & Delivery RNs for a 13-week travel assignment. This unit includes 16 rooms and handles high-volume deliveries, early inductions, and antepartum care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care for laboring patients, including monitoring, assessments, and interventions.
• Float to High Risk OB unit as needed (HROB includes 16 rooms).
• May be asked to float to up to two nearby lower-volume hospitals (within scope of practice).
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend.
• Block scheduling considered but not guaranteed.
  
  

Requirements

Required:

• 2.5–3 years recent L&D experience
• Active New Jersey RN license
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP
• Must pass Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing (PC only; iOS not compatible). Two attempts allowed. Failure results in contract cancellation and DNR status.

• EPIC charting experience
• First-time travelers accepted

• RTO must be submitted at time of profile upload. No RTO changes accepted post-submission.
• No local rate offered.
