Location: Ambulatory Pediatric Clinic - Indianapolis, IN – Onsite

⏰ Flexible Schedule:Monday - Friday, (5 days per week - 40 hours per week or 4 days per week - 32 hours per week to promote a work life balance.)

We are a mission-driven, multidisciplinary hematology center committed to providing holistic, high-quality care for pediatric patients with bleeding and clotting disorders across Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform check-in assessments: vitals, med rec, allergies, visit reason
• Draw blood and administer vaccines or medications (including IV)
• Access implanted ports, start IVs, and manage infusions (factor, IV meds)
• Support surgery prep and post-op plans
• Collaborate closely with triage RNs to ensure continuity of care
• No bleeding disorder experience required – comprehensive training provided.

⚕️ Who We’re Looking For

• Active Indiana Registered Nurse license
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and auto insurance
• Comfort using smartphone authentication for secure systems access
• Passion for pediatric care, attention to detail, and strong clinical skills
