New Pay Offered at IU Health (Starting at $35/Hour but based off experience the hourly rate will increase significantly) with an additional location/shift stipend of $5-$15/Hour) Incredible Earning Potential based on location.

Unit Culture/highlights

• Collaboration with Indiana Donor Network
• 6-month intensive orientation
• We offer the program Peri-Op 101 through AORN integrated into the orientation.
• RNs can be trained to scrub at our facility once their orientation is complete
• Teamwork with RN and CST/CSFA roles
• Collaboration with hospital units to ensure safe effective care to patient and family
  
  

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
