A certified Registered Nurse (RN) is needed to cover a second semester maternity leave at a middle school serving Pre-K through 8th-grade students in Sicklerville, NJ. This contract role is ideal for a nursing professional with pediatric or school health experience who is comfortable managing a typical school health office without severe medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services to students from Pre-K to 8th grade in a school setting
• Perform routine health office duties such as administering medications, managing minor injuries, and monitoring student health concerns
• Maintain accurate health records and adhere to school health policies
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding health matters
• Support health education initiatives as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in New Jersey
• Certified School Nurse credential preferred or must be eligible to obtain
• Experience working with pediatric populations or in a school nursing setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
