About the Unit:

Our Stem Cell/BMT unit works closely with the ICU. When census is low in BMT, staff may float to the ICU to maintain hours (discussed further during interviews).

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:2
• You will never be overwhelmed—we structure for quality care over quantity.
• Collaboration is key: our BMT and ICU teams work seamlessly together.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• Prior experience in Stem Cell/Bone Marrow Transplant
• OR
• A minimum of a few years of ICU experience (any hospital ICU)
• OR
• Several years of Oncology RN experience
