Community hospital looking to bring on Nurse Manger PCU! Sign On Bonus and Relocation!

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. Monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

• FTE's- 50
• Reports to the Director of PACU

Qualifications:

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Minimum 2 years of current clinical nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a full time Charge Nurse/ Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management
• MUST HAVE RECENT ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE AS CHARGE NURSE (MIN 3 YRS) will consider strong charge nurse recent acute care experience in tele, step down or critical care
