This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse, located in North Salem, IN. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, implementing and assessing patient treatment plans, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Additionally, the nurse will be responsible for patient education and documentation of care. Adhering to all regulatory requirements and ensuring a high standard of care is maintained at all times, the role may also include mentoring new staff and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong clinical skills including patient assessment, care planning, and emergency response
• Experience in administering medications and documenting care accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Patient education skills to inform and guide patients and their families about care plans and treatments
• Ability to follow regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of patient care
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
