Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), PA. The Long-Term Care LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care, administering medications, and offering long-term care to patients. Daily tasks include monitoring patient health, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
