Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Outpatient Clinic

Location: Multiple sites | Schedule: Full-time (32–40 hrs/week, includes every other weekend and some holidays) | Type: Temporary/contract

We are seeking a compassionate LVN to join our outpatient care team. In this role, you’ll provide patient-focused care, administer vaccines, take vitals, support intake and registration, and assist providers in delivering safe, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer immunizations and injections (flu, COVID, TB tests)
• Take vital signs and document in EMR
• Assist with intake, registration, and patient flow
• Provide emergency support in collaboration with providers

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted LVN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (CPR/AED)
• At least one year of healthcare experience
• Experience administering vaccines and using EMRs

Preferred

• Background in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or ER
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR
